Description :
Selected individuals shall be responsible for coordination of architectural, electrical,mechanical works and their supervision.
Candidate should have strong skills for Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q), Negotiation with Contractors & Vendors.
Strong skills for HVAC,AHU ,Chiller System and Equipment Mounting.
Pro-active ability to organise and execute .
Must possess strong skillset in the area of reading and comprehension of mechanical and electrical projects.Candidate Profile :
A bachelor degree in Mechanical with at least 8-10 years of experience in mechanical works at upper structure and commercial projects .
Candidate should have strong negotiation and communication skills.
Candidate should be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Candidate should have good knowledge of mechanical materials.
Candidate should be able to multi-task, be flexible and manage changing priorities effectively.
