Skillset : The candidates must be freshers with training in Quality Analysis (Testing)
Technical Experience:
-Well trained in QA tools such as : QTP, QC, Manual and automated testing
- Soap UI work experience is preference is an added advantage.
- Flexible to work in shifts.

Nature of Experience:
1. Good Inter-personal as well as communication skills, both oral and written are a big plus.
2. Understanding and familiarity to Desktop/Web applications and industry standard User Interface guidelines and conventions.
3. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as MS Excel, MS Word etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Tests software releases during the product development.
2. Completes assigned test-related tasks
3. Reports test results and enters problems and issues into the bug database.
4. Monitors and updates bug reports as needed
5. Manages the defect database under the guidance of senior QA engineer
6. The candidate should be able to work in tight project schedules
7. Assists in review of test processes as they are developed
