Job Position : Customer Service Representative

Job Details :

1. The incumbent will be part of a blended (Voice and Data) customer service profile and responsible for the following:
2. Shift Window : 3:30pm – 12:00 night
3. Working days : Monday – Friday
4. Pick & Drop will be provided only within Gurgaon.

Job Duties :

1. Interacting with international schools across the world
2. Interacting with the private and public schools in many countries
3. Interacting with book stores or trade vendors.
4. All back end processing and export market support for international operations.
5. Manage all of export back office operations.
6. Communicating with customers over email.

Required :

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Candidates residing in Gurgaon will be preferred
3. Are independent in their approach to work
4. Are able to understand the issue at hand and provide resolution.
5. Are able to research customer accounts and make corrections where needed.
