Job Position : Services – Support Engineer
Experience : 0 – 3 Years
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. – Computers
Job Location : Gurgaon , Haryana
Job Duties :
As services engineer – assessed, you will investigate, deliver restorations and produce solutions to customer service requests. You will investigate complex technical problems, trouble shoot systems that are in operation and if requested, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations. You will travel domestic/internationally and work in different cultural environments.

Required :
have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge. You enjoy working with people from around the world and across various disciplines, from customer technical staff to local authorities. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.

Experience with technical trouble shooting
Good written and spoken English
